We are bound by the TPB Code of Professional Conduct, which includes obligations to act with honesty, integrity, competence, and confidentiality. Clients are responsible for providing complete and truthful information, maintaining records, and engaging cooperatively to meet their taxation obligations. In accordance with TPB requirements, we confirm that Altitude SMSF Accounting Pty Ltd has no prescribed events to disclose. This includes (but is not limited to) bankruptcy, suspension of registration, criminal convictions, or penalties related to tax misconduct.
We confirm that Altitude SMSF Accounting Pty Ltd's tax agent registration is subject to the condition of only providing Superannuation services. This condition is publicly listed on the TPB register and reflects our specialist focus within the tax agent framework.

We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with drafting, research, analysis, and document preparation as part of delivering our services. We review all AI-generated content before it is used or provided to you. AI tools assist our professional work and do not replace our professional judgement, our obligations under the Tax Agent Services Act 2009 (Cth), or our duties to you as a registered tax agent.
This clause is included in accordance with TPB Code item 6 and TPB(GS) 55/2026: The use of Artificial Intelligence and the Code of Professional Conduct.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
